Riche Stitch Refunds & Returns Policy

At Riche Stitch, we take pride in the craftsmanship, precision, and quality of every product and service we provide. Because many of our offerings are custom made or service based, specific return and refund conditions apply depending on the product or service purchased.


1. General Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, most Riche Stitch services are non-refundable once production or design work has begun. Refunds and returns will only be issued in accordance with the policies below.

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@richestitch.com within the applicable timeframe.


2. Physical Products (RS Supply, RS Materials)

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom printed or embroidered items (Riche by Request)
  • Fabric yardage or cut materials
  • Clearance or sample sale items

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.


3. Custom Services

(Includes, but not limited to, RS Makers, RS DesignHaus, The Print Stitch, RS Autoflow, Riche by Request, The Stitch List, RS Textiles, RS Custom Pack, RS Profit Plan, RS Sites, RS Capture, )

All custom and made-to-order services are non-refundable once work has started. This includes design development, fabric sourcing, patternmaking, and production.

Deposits:

All deposits are non-refundable. They secure your production slot and cover administrative and pre-production costs.

Cancellations:

If a client cancels after work has begun, the client is responsible for all costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

RS Autoflow Subscriptions:

  • A 6-month commitment is required for all new RS Autoflow enrollments starting during an initial project.
  • Early cancellations before 6 months will result in full billing of work completed at standard non-subscriber rates.
  • Subscription renewals may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

4. Digital Products (RS Digital Downloads, Templates, or Courses)

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

We do not issue refunds or exchanges for downloadable products once the file has been accessed or delivered.

5. Educational Services (The Stitch Academy & Stream & Stitch)

Online Courses:

  • Refunds are available within 48 hours of enrollment only if less than 10% of the course has been accessed.
  • Once course materials are accessed or downloaded, the sale becomes final.

Workshops, Classes, or Tours:

  • In-person classes (Study & Stitch or Sew & Tell) are eligible for a 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
  • No refunds are issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another date if availability permits.

6. Subscription Programs (RS Fabric Flow, RS Autoflow, RS Address)

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your subscription at least 3 weeks before the next renewal to avoid future charges.
  • Due to the curated nature of these programs, no refunds are issued for partially used or shipped cycles.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact support@richestitch.com within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or credit as applicable.


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
