Welcome to Riche Stitch (“Riche Stitch,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website (https://www.richestitch.com), client portal, or any of our services, including but limited to RS Makers, RS DesignHaus, RS Autoflow, The Print Stitch, RS Capture, RS Address, RS Direct, RS Supply, RS Fabric Flow, The Stitch Academy, and Riche by Request, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.
1. Use of Our Services
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services.
You agree to use our website, portal, and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to anyone for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Riche Stitch provides manufacturing, design, creative, and educational services through various divisions.
Each service may have additional terms, quotes, or contracts that supersede or supplement these Terms.
All pricing, timelines, and deliverables are subject to written agreement and may vary by project scope and materials.
3. Payments & Billing
A. Deposits & Balances
All project-based services require an initial non-refundable deposit to secure production or design slots.
Remaining balances are due prior to delivery, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
B. Subscriptions & Renewals
Programs such as RS Autoflow, RS Fabric Flow, or educational subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle selected.
You may cancel prior to renewal according to the policies outlined on each program’s page.
C. Late Payments
Invoices not paid by the due date may incur late fees or result in a pause of work until the balance is resolved.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
All refund, return, and cancellation policies follow the official Riche Stitch Refund & Return Policy, incorporated here by reference.
Custom and digital products are generally non-refundable once work has begun or files have been delivered.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and designs created by Riche Stitch, including but not limited to logos, sketches, patterns, tech packs, photography, course materials, videos, and digital files, remain the intellectual property of Riche Stitch or its licensors unless otherwise transferred through a signed agreement.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any Riche Stitch materials without written permission.
Your own brand designs, provided artwork, or proprietary information remain your property. By submitting them to us, you grant Riche Stitch a limited license to use those materials solely for production and promotional purposes related to your project.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality.
All business and design materials shared with Riche Stitch are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Riche Stitch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to:
- Delays caused by suppliers or shipping carriers
- Loss of profits, data, or reputation
- Third-party software failures (include but not limited to SuiteDash, Shippo, Tutor LMS.)
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service that caused the claim.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
While we strive for precision and quality, Riche Stitch makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted operation, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Minor variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to the nature of textiles and are not considered defects.
9. User Accounts & Portals
Clients and students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their accounts.
Riche Stitch reserves the right to suspend access if misuse or security breaches are detected.
10. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Our website and portals integrate with third-party tools (e.g., WooCommerce, SuiteDash, Shippo, Tutor LMS).
We are not responsible for the performance, privacy practices, or security of these external services.
Use of such integrations is at your own discretion.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to your account, portal, or project immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse our systems, or engage in conduct that harms Riche Stitch’s business or reputation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in that state.
13. Changes to These Terms
Riche Stitch reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The most recent version will always be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
